A. RAD (Risk Assessment department) Stage:

1. Our team gets leads through our website enquirers.First the lead/trader/investor fills our free trial form over website; this is the main source of our lead generation. Other sources of leads are blogs & E-marketing team of ours.
2. Our RAD (Risk analysis department) team talks to those leads and confirms that whether they are willing to take services with us and offers them 2 days free trial of our services after doing a risk profile of the lead through a questionnaire. They inform the client about his or her risk profile through our welcome mail (The mail contains a brief details of our website T&C, no refund policy, no guarantee policy etc).
3. RAD Team offers services (2 days free trial) as per the risk profile of lead and after that the lead automatically transferred to the sales department.
4. During the duration of free trial revenue generation team and risk assessment department team regularly take follow up of the lead and guide them and advice them not to trade but to keenly observe the trial and they always clear any doubts if leads do have.

B. Revenue Generation (Sales) Stage :
